Step 1: Define Objectives and Specifications

  • Ensure understanding of client’s business and culture
  • Obtain client consensus on position’s scope, responsibilities, compensation, report line and desired profile of the searched executive
  • Develop the Search Plan
  • Review and sign off on the search plan with client

Step 2: Identify and Assess Candidates

  • Full brief given to Research department
  • Identify candidates
  • Screen and evaluate candidates
  • Select candidates and present shortlist

Step 3: Interviews

  • Facilitate client, candidate 1st interviews
  • Obtain feedback from client and candidate
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Select finalists to be interviewed
  • Feedback from client and candidate

Step 4: Offer, referencing & closure

  • Coordinate Finalist interviews
  • Negotiate total compensation and benefit package
  • Make offer to successful candidate
  • Deliver draft letter of employment back to client
  • Prep successful candidate on resignation and pitfalls involved in the counter offer

Step 5: Conclude

  • Stay in touch with candidate through notice period
  • Ensure smooth transition and assimilation for executive
  • Maintain contact with client & candidate through probation/guarantee period
