VERTICAL SALES – Medical Devices

30K + Allowance 13K + Incentive

(Pathology 2 positions, Toxicology 1 position & BME 1 position)

Responsibilities:

  • Reaching the targets and goals.

  • Provide guidance of sales daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the target.

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products

  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers

  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

  • Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets

  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures

  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

  • Collecting customer feedback and market research

  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Qualification:

  • A basic degree in Medical technology.

  • Prefer Biomedical Engineer, if not then any new super star sales 1-2 years experience would be enough.

  • Selling experience in medical device or any health care products.

  • Mature, Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Good presentation skill

  • Pleasant personality and customer oriented and good negotiation skill

  • Own Transportation and able to travel in upcountry
